Yamagata "Ace" Atsuo likes to say he grew up on the bad side of town in Osaka. In truth he has a supportive, hard-working family, although they struggle to make ends meet. The family business is a yatai, a mobile food stand, but Ace would rather spend his time hanging out in video game bars with friends than helping at the stand. Ace is a hotshot Crown Rush player, and he knows he's soon going to make it big - big enough that he can help his family financially. Ace usually squads up with different contenders for each Crown Rush match, but recently he's been teaming up regularly with another player, Javi.
